My review is for constructive criticism and quite frankly you can’t handle someone’s honest opinion, which is the reason why you had to make a false notion that my email is fake lol when it is verified and I have left reviews for other places. The minus 2 star is for how disorganized the place looks, is not for customer service or treatment issues. The building on the outside needs a bit of TLC and might be under repair. I was confused when I came in. They have clothes on a rack on the left side and a desk so I thought I entered the wrong business. I guess they sell clothes as a side business. A gentleman, who was introduced to me as the boss, greeted me. He was nice, but was dressed super casual (shorts, tshirt), like weekend errands wear. The front desk lady was great and the provider was awesome. I just think if you want to attract more clientele you should dress for the part.
