View your U-verse TV bill online

Whether you need to pay your bill, replace your remote control or use the Account Manager, we have the information you need to easily manage your account.

Have you forgotten your AT&T User ID? Don't worry, you can Find Your ID Now or you can select Forgot user ID in the myAT&T app.

Additional notes:
• If you don’t know your contact email address or we don’t recognize it, select Forgot your contact email? and enter your info.
• If you have more than 1 ID with the same contact email, your Forgot ID email will list them all.
• Have more than 1 contact email? You may want to find the IDs for each email address.
• Learn how you can use your fingerprint for quick access to your account info in the myAT&T app1 on compatible wireless phones.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password now or simply select Forgot password in the myAT&T app.

Additional notes:
• Use a unique password for better security.
• Follow our password requirements to make your password strong and secure.
• Save your password on your phone if you want to use your fingerprint to sign in to the myAT&T app1 on compatible wireless phones.
• Your password is used with your ID to sign in to myAT&T. A passcode adds security for a specific account. Find out more about the differences between a password and passcode.

Want to view your bill on your mobile device? Get the myAT&T app. Text and data rates may apply for download and use.

Do you think you may not be able pay your bill by your due date? Don't worry, you can schedule a payment arrangement to avoid service interruption.

1. Go to Make a payment arrangement to see your available payment options.
2. Pick the date you want to schedule your payment.
Note: Not all dates are available and late fees may apply.
3. Select your payment method and follow the prompts.
4. Review the payment details and select Submit.

Helpful Hint: Be sure to take a screenshot or write down your confirmation number.

Follow these steps to start or stop paperless billing:
1. Go to paperless billing. If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to sign up for paperless billing.
2. Confirm your info and turn paperless billing On or Off.
3. Follow the prompts to sign up for or cancel paperless billing.
4. Check your email inbox to confirm your email address and finish signing up. You'll also get an email confirmation when you're done canceling.
5. Repeat these steps for each account you want to update.

To get the latest information on your AT&T rewards:
1. Go to the AT&T Reward Center.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Follow the prompts to get details about your rewards.

U-verse TV offers several packages for you to choose from. This quick feature comparison of each TV package will help you watch all of your favorite movies, sporting events, premier channels and on-demand entertainment.

You can also access your guide in several ways and even print the channel lineup.

Once you're ready to upgrade your U-verse TV package, you can do so from your Account Manager on-screen tool on Ch. 9910.

With Account Manager, you can upgrade your TV package and add premium movie channels like HBO and other programming. Your AT&T account must be current and in good standing to use Account Manager.

Account Manager, simply visit Ch. 9910 or use your U-verse TV remote control and follow these steps.

In addition to upgrading your TV package and adding premium movie channels, Account Manager will also help you:
• View your account summary and current package subscriptions.
• Compare core TV packages (U450, U300, U200, U-family, and U-basic).
• Add HD Technology fee and/or HD Premium Tier packages.
• Add International Programming packages, movie packages, etc.
• View channel lineups.
• View Internet, Phone, and Equipment overviews and ordering information.

Note: Most change orders are processed immediately, but there may be a slight delay while your order is processed.

From free TV to the latest rentals, you can always stay entertained with U-verse On Demand’s movies, shows, sports, and more.

To start exploring, press the On Demand button on your U-verse TV remote or tune to Ch. 1. Use the left navigation to:
• Get to your shows and movies.
• Use filters to expand or limit your search.
• Find recently added movies, top new releases, and other special collections.

Turning closed captioning On or Off, managing your closed captioning settings and setting your audio and on-screen language preferences is easy with your U-verse TV Remote.

You can set up and access U-verse TV favorite channels, restrict programs using Parental Controls, and more using the My Multiview app.

The U-verse TV Favorite Channels feature allows you to
• Skip straight to an abbreviated program guide with only your selected channels
• Populate your My Multiview feature so you can view up to four favorite channels at once
• Set up to five favorites lists per receiver.

U-verse TV Parental Controls lets you lock adult-only channels, set TV movie ratings, and block purchases in 5 easy steps:
1. Press Menu on your remote.
2. Scroll down to Options and press OK.
3. Select System.
4. Scroll right to Parental Controls and press OK.
5. Select Locking Options and follow the on-screen prompts.
