@ATT wish I never switched because your employee lied to us on multiple occasions resulting in me losing my phone number and is having to pay for a new phone despite trading in my old one. Definitely switching providers!!!!

I guess I take it back, @ATT for business isn’t the worst. @Verizon for business is even worse. Unbelievable bad customer service. In 45 years I haven’t had experienced anything this bad. It would be funny if it wasn’t happening to me.

@ATTHelp no dial tone on landline AT&T Chat say I MUST CALL AT&T 2 resolve issue! This after I told them I have no other way 2 contact AT&T. No cell phone. Their response was 'Sorry 4 Inconvenience'. I ALWAYS PAY BILL ON TIME! Nice 2 know AT&T Appreciates Customer Loyalty! NOT!

@TiffanyInOk @ATT AT&T treat customers like a necessary evil to making money. Take it from someone who was a customer of theirs for 12.5 years before cutting ties.

@ATTHelp I continue to get “you’ve reached you’re streaming limit” when your service is only being streamed on 2 devices. It’s bad enough to only get 3 streams but I can’t even getting that.
